1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Khemet Cycle collects no personal information whatsoever. The app does not require you to create an account, provide an email address, or share any identifying information.
The only data stored by the app is:
- Your date of birth โ stored locally on your device only, used to calculate your 28-day cycle position and zodiac sign.
- Notification preferences โ the time you have chosen for your daily reminder, stored locally on your device only.
This data is stored using your device's local storage. It never leaves your phone.
2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
Your date of birth is used solely to calculate:
- Your position in the 28-day lunar cycle
- Your zodiac birth sign and associated cell salt
- Your three missing minerals based on the Carey-Perry method
- Your personalised sun gazing days
- The content of your daily notifications
This calculation happens entirely on your device. No data is sent to any server.
3. DATA SHARING AND DISCLOSURE
We do not sell, trade, rent, or share your data with any third party, ever. There are no advertisers, analytics services, or data brokers involved with this application.
We have no server infrastructure and receive no data from your use of this app.
4. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Khemet Cycle uses the following third-party services solely for display purposes:
- Google Fonts โ the app loads Cinzel and Cormorant Garamond fonts from Google's servers when you have an internet connection. This may expose your IP address to Google. Please refer to Google's Privacy Policy for details.
No other third-party services, SDKs, or analytics tools are used in this app.
5. NOTIFICATIONS
If you enable daily notifications, the app schedules local notifications on your device using Android's built-in notification system. These notifications are generated and delivered entirely on your device โ no data is transmitted externally to produce them.
6. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION
Your data exists only on your device. You can delete it at any time by:
- Tapping "Change Birth Date" within the app to clear your saved date
- Going to Settings โ Apps โ Khemet Cycle โ Storage โ Clear Data on your Android device
- Uninstalling the application
Upon uninstallation, all data associated with the app is permanently removed from your device.
7. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Khemet Cycle does not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13. The app does not require any personal information to function, making it safe for all ages.
8. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
If we ever make changes to this Privacy Policy, we will update the effective date below and publish the new version at this URL. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
